AC Milan’s worrying record against Hellas Verona

By Isak Möller -

On Sunday evening, AC Milan will take on Hellas Verona away from home in the third round of Serie A. After bouncing back from the loss against Udinese, beating Brescia at the San Siro, Giampaolo’s men will look to grab yet another win.

However, even though many see the Rossoneri as clear favourites against the newly-promoted side, the H2H record certainly doesn’t speak in their favour. As reported by MilanNews.it, Milan have only won one of the last five games against the team.

In these five games, the report continues, there have also been two draws and two losses. Against such a low-ranked team, it certainly isn’t a great record for the San Siro side, who will be hoping to improve the record starting tomorrow.

Away from home, however, it will never be easy. After a relatively slow start to the season, one can hope that Giampaolo has managed to get the team going as important points are at stake.
