Andre Silva: “I am integrating well with Kalinic”

By Fred Ilondo -

Before beating SPAL 2-0 at San Siro tonight, Andre Silva talked to Sky Sport Italia and admitted he still needs to adapt to Serie A.

“Italian football is different to what I am accustomed to, but I am trying to adapt. I am integrating well with Nikola Kalinic and will give my all,” the Portugal international told the microphones.

The striker also stated his excitement over starting a game for Milan as he has not yet been given many opportunities to shine in Serie A.

“I am happy to be starting and hope to complete the game with a smile on my face.”

Seeing how the game ended, Andre Silva would probably have a smile on his face. Despite not scoring tonight, the ex-Porto man had a very good game and even gained some praise from coach Montella who appreciated the player’s involvement in the build up and his dedication to the team.

Now all the striker can hope for is another chance against Sampdoria this sunday to keep adapting to Italian football.
