Bacca’s agent: “Carlos is happy at Milan, but…”

By Isak Möller -

Twenty goals in 43 games, that’s how Carlos Bacca performed during his first season at AC Milan. The future of the Colombian striker, however, could be far away from the San Siro.

“I confirm that AC Milan refused West Ham offer for Bacca last week”, the player’s agent Sergio Barila has told The Guardian.

“Carlos is happy in Milan, he plays for a great club and he has settled in very well.”

“However, lack of European football next season might be a problem. At the moment he [Bacca] is training with Colombia national team and I think we’ll have to wait until the end of AC Milan negotiations with Chinese consortium to have more news about Bacca’s future.”

West Ham will play Europa League playoffs at the beginning of the 2016-17 campaign.
