Calhanoglu: “I love Milan, I’m ready to make many assists to Higuain”

By Nikita Fesyukov -

Hakan Calhanoglu and Pepe Reina visited Facebook’s headquarters in San Francisco in the past couple of hours. From there, the Turkish midfielder spoke to the microphones of Milan TV about Leonardo Bonucci, Gonzalo Higuain and much more.

“Social media? I like to use them, even Facebook and Instagram. I often use them to show the fans what we, the players, do in private life,” Calhanoglu told the club’s official channel.

“I am very happy with the arrivals of Caldara and Higuain, but at the same time I’m sad for Bonucci’s farewell. He was a nice person and great player. But now I am ready to make many assists to Gonzalo Higuain.

“This season we want to do better than last year. We have a lot of more quality and want to grow. Me playing in the midfield? I like the role. I think I played good matches in this position, but in the end the coach will decide where I play.

“I want to work a lot, because Milan is like a family for me. The club was close to me when it was needed. I love Milan, I love the fans and the city. I want to score more and make more assists for the club,” he concluded.
