CM: Milan ‘convinced’ to make January moves; €35m Argentine a target

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are determined to make moves in the January market and they have picked out one main target already, a report claims.

The Rossoneri have had a torrid start to the 2019-20 season, losing four of their first six games – something which has only happened twice in the club’s history.

As a result, Calciomercato.com claim that the team’s current position has convinced the leadership to strengthen in the winter window.

They believe that Udinese star Rodrigo De Paul – a player who has been frequently linked with Milan – is the primary target for Milan in January.

The Argentine is believed to be rated at €35m, and the same outlet recently stated that Paolo Maldini has already told his agent he is a huge fan.

De Paul has been linked with a number of other clubs such as Napoli, Inter and Fiorentina – and has amassed one assist (ironically against Milan) so far this season.
