CM: Milan in talks with agent of €60m Real Madrid man – competition from Arsenal, Leicester

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have begun contacts with agent Fali Ramadani over the signing of Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic, a report claims.

The Rossoneri are in the market for a new centre-forward as Zlatan Ibrahimovic is set to leave the club at the end of the season.

As a result, Calciomercato.com are reporting that the Milan management have initiated discussions with Ramadani – the agent of Luka Jovic – to get an update on his current situation.

Jovic considers Milan to be a very interesting possible destination for the future, however he will not take a pay cut from his current €5m net salary, while at present CEO Ivan Gazidis will not go that high.

Contacts with Fali Ramadani will continue next week to understand if the 22-year-old could lower his economic demands, but the report notes how Leicester and Arsenal are also very interested in signing Jovic, who cost Real Madrid €60m last summer.
