Conflicting Aubameyang reports create confusion

By SempreMilan -

La Gazzetta dello Sport, Sky, and Sport BILD have all reported different stories about Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s future, which has created a lot of confusion.

Gazzetta have reported that Aubameyang is now open to a return to Milan. Milan are ready to offer Borussia Dortmund €60m while offering the player a salary worth €7.5m a year. This is the same offer Milan had prepared for Morata. Gazzetta’s report shows optimism that the deal bringing Aubameyang back to Milan could happen.

Sky and the Mirror report that Jose Mourinho wants the striker to join his side to replace departing striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic. After failing to sign Antoine Griezmann and having a 60m bid rejected for Alvaro Morata, United have switched their focus to Belotti.

Sport BILD reports that PSG have agreed a deal with Dortmund and Aubameyang. PSG have offered Dortmund €70m for the player while they have offered a player a whopping salary worth €14m a year. PSG are looking to add more fire power to their attack after missing out on Ligue 1 to Monaco and embarrassingly crashing out of the Champions League after a historic 6-1 loss to Barcelona.

With all these conflicting reports from these different news sources, it has caused some confusion of where Aubameyang may be heading to next. Only time will tell which one of these reports is true. Hopefully it’s the one from Gazzetta!
