Gustavo Gomez did not feature much in his second season for AC Milan, only appearing in three matches all season. Boca Juniors has been after the defender during the past few transfer markets, and it appears they are back at it again in 2018.
Di Marzio is reporting that the Argentine club really want to sign the Paraguayan international. In fact, Schelotto, the manager of the club, has made him an objective to reinforce their defense. They have been courting the player for sometime, and have presented offers to Milan during the summer transfer window last summer and this past January.
Milan has resisted thus far, however, since the player has not made many appearances for the club last season, they could deem him surplus to requirements. Di Marzio also states the the Rossoneri are currently evaluating the offer from Boca Juniors and deciding whether to accept or not.
