Diego Costa: “Milan are a fantastic club with an impressive history”

Diego Costa believes Milan are a “fantastic club” amid rumours that he could be set to join on loan.

The Chelsea striker was reportedly informed by Blues’ boss Antonio Conte that he is surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge – via text message.

AC Milan are one of the clubs linked with a possible swoop for his signature, with recent reports suggesting that Chelsea would even be willing to pay a percentage of his wages in order to secure a departure.
