Former AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani rejected the offer of the role of new technical director at Real Madrid.

This is according the Mundo Deportivo, who state the role would involve either sharing duties with or replacing Jose Angel Sanchez.

Galliani has always had a very strong relationship with Real Madrid President Florentino Perez, but ‘El Condor’ is expected to become either Lega Serie A or FIGC President.

He was at Milan for 31 years after being appointed appointed when President Silvio Berlusconi bought the club on the verge of bankruptcy in the 1980s.
