GdS: Calabria comes up with team bonding idea ahead of Udinese game

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have found themselves in a difficult spot after three tough games in a row, and the match against Udinese at San Siro tomorrow night must produce a turning point.

There has been speculation throughout the week about an unhappy dressing room, especially after the misunderstanding with Davide Calabria’s words after the PSG defeat plus how Rafael Leao and Olivier Giroud reacted to coming off against Napoli.

According to what is being reported by Luca Bianchin of La Gazzetta dello Sport, an idea emerged in view of the Udinese game to try and provide a reminder of what being a close-knit group means.

Milan had a team dinner at a city centre restaurant last night with players, the coach and other staff present, just as happened in December during the year of the Scudetti win.

The idea was created by the captain Calabria and he organised the dinner together with Pioli.
