AC Milan once again continue their crusade for a new midfield. This time attention has been turned to the Dutch runner up’s, PSV.
According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Gaston Pereiro has been offered to Milan. The Italian club already has Paqueta and recently announced the signing of Krunic. So the attacking midfield role is well and full but another depth signing, and potential starter could arrive.
Pereiro has registered double digits for goals in all four of his seasons with PSV. While a star turned in the Netherlands, the player could leave for rather cheap as his contract expires in just one year.
His price tag is believed to be €15m but is negotiable. Watford have already shown their interest in the player as well and Boban does not see Pereiro as a priority. Milan’s attention lies with Veretout and Bennacer currently.
