Juventus and Real Madrid interest complicates Donnarumma renewal

By Oliver Fisher -

There has still been no contract extension for Gianluigi Donnarumma at AC Milan.

The 17-year-old goalkeeper is expected to sign a new contract with the Rossoneri the day he turns 18 (25th of February), but there is yet no agreement between the two parties.

Raiola had initially agreed to sign a €2million deal until 2022, but interests of Real Madrid and Juventus have pushed Raiola to ask for even more money for his promising client.

Donnarumma is probably the most interesting prospect in the world football panorama at the moment, as he began his senior playing career at AC Milan one year ago, when he was still aged 16.

Juventus are looking for a long-term replacement for Gianluigi Buffon, who might retire after the 2018 World Cup, and the Italian goalkeeper is definitely the player Marotta and Paratici want to pick up the baton of the legendary goalkeeper.
