AC Milan midfielder Juraj Kucka was shown the red card against Napoli for insulting the referee after that he had given the former Genoa man a yellow card.
Kucka apologized to the ‘fans and club’ for his behaviour with a post on his official Instagram account.
“I want to say sorry to fans, manager, my teammates and the club for the red card that left my teammates in a very complicated position yesterday night.”
“My reaction towards the referee was terribly wrong, that was not my intention and I also say sorry to him. That was a thoughtless act which I feel very sorry about.”
