Milan will have just €50m to spend in the summer – report

By Rösie Tudball -

It has been reported that AC Milan will have just €50m at their disposal this summer when the transfer window opens.

Following the club’s takeover by Chinese investors, it was unclear what the plans for budgeting in the summer would be. It was perhaps assumed that the takeover would grant Milan with a boosted transfer allowance.

A €50m budget has reportedly been allocated for the upcoming summer transfer window according to a report from Leggo. The budget is believed to be strict, however does not include any additions that Milan are expected to gain through the pending sales of players.

The club have been linked with a handful of players of an extremely high caliber, including the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette with striker Carlos Bacca expected to depart when the window opens.

Players of this quality of course come with extortionate price tags, demands that €50m would be difficult to consider.

It will be interesting to see just how AC Milan will shop this summer.
