MN: Elliott refuses to hand Yonghong Li 48-hour extension

By Madison Derian-Toth -

Per MilanNews.it, Yonghong Li has asked for an additional 48 hours to repay the €32m owed to Elliott Management.

Elliott responded, saying that they would not extend the deadline, putting further pressure on Li to make a quick sale of the club or risk losing it all.

The current offer on the table is that of Rocco Commisso, who is offering €500m for the club, the €32m that is owed to Elliott management and all of the club’s debt.

Li has until tomorrow to pay the €32 million owed to Elliott or he will risk losing the club, and its known that he is in London going over potential offers.
