MN: Milan in talks over signing of Real Madrid flop and forward with €13.5m clause

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are currently working on the potential signings of two strikers ahead of the summer transfer window, according to a report.

The Rossoneri are understood to be in the market for at least one centre-forward this summer amid doubts over the future of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the general lack of depth in that position due to the inconsistency of Rafael Leao.

According to Pietro Mazzara’s latest editorial for MilanNews, Milan are continuing to work on signing both Real Madrid’s Luka Jovic and San Lorenzo starlet Adolfo Gaich.

For Jovic, agent Fali Ramadani has been repeatedly called by the management and the right formula has to be found. Il Corriere dello Sport (via Calciomercato.com) reported yesterday that Milan want a two-year loan deal with the option or obligation to buy set at €40million.

On Gaich however Milan have only made request for information, without making an offer to San Lorenzo, who are waiting to understand who will activate the release clause of €13.5m which is present in the 21-year-old’s current contract.
