Montella keen on move for €30m-rated Cuadrado

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan may have already signed a star man from rivals Juventus this summer in Leonardo Bonucci, but reports suggest they are lining up another assault.

The Colombian winger worked with the Vincenzo Montella at Fiorentina before he made a move to Premier League side Chelsea.

Cuadrado has been at Juventus for two seasons now, but towards the end of the 2016/17 campaign he found himself sat on the sidelines.

Douglas Costa and Federico Bernardeschi have recently arrived at the Allianz Stadium, meaning the 29-year-old could be sold this summer.

According to calciomercato.com, while officially Cuadrado is not officially for sale, the Serie A champions would be willing to do business around the €30m mark. A deal could even be struck for €25m plus bonuses.

The report claims that Montella is keen to work with his former player again, but the Bianconeri would prefer him to be offloaded abroad, meaning Milan may have to pay closer to €35m in order to sign the Colombian.
