Report: AC Milan considering Bacca-Kalinic swap

By Oliver Fisher -

It is not a secret that AC Milan manager Vincenzo Montella likes Fiorentina striker Nikola Kalinic.

After signing young rising star in André Silva, Milan are now looking for a veteran presence who can help the young ex-Porto striker grow in Serie A.

According to La Nazione (via Violanews), it seems like a Bacca-Kalinic swap might be on the cards. A few clubs have been said to be after the Colombian striker (including Marseille and Everton) but according to this Italian site, Fiorentina might also have interest in him too.

It remains to be seen if Fiorentina would accept such a swap as this coming week can be an important one on the Kalinic front.

The Croatian striker scored 25 goals and added a total of five assists in 51 overall games in the season (with Fiorentina and the Croatian national team) where as Carlo Bacca ended the season with 15 goals and three assists in 38 games overall.
