Report: AC Milan eye swap deal with Fenerbahce for Kjaer

By Oliver Fisher -

While it is set to be a busy summer for AC Milan in regards to possible incomings, it must also be acknowledged that some players could leave San Siro.

One of them is Gustavo Gomez, who according to reports on Tuesday has admirers in Turkey. As claimed by Fanatik, the Paraguayan defender is being tracked by Fenerbahce.

Purchased last summer for €8.5million, Gomez has played just 19 games in all competitions since his arrival in Italy.

Meanwhile, Milan are interested in Fenerbahce defender Simon Kjaer, formerly of Palermo and Roma, and a reported target for city rivals Inter.

The 28-year-old has also had spells at Wolfsburg and Lille, and is reportedly also being eyed by Liverpool and Hull City.

Last month, it was claimed that Kjaer travelled to Italy with his agent to hold talks with AC Milan.

That was according to Fanatik, who claim that Kjaer was allowed to make the trip by his club, who are open to selling the player.
