Report: Mirabelli heading to Leipzig to watch €125m Bundesliga duo

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have cast their eyes towards Leipzig once again as they look for mercato reinforcements, a report claims.

According to Tuttosport, Massimiliano Mirabelli could be in Leipzig for the match between the hosts and the Schalke 04 in the Bundesliga on Saturday.

The purpose of his mission is to closely observe two potential Milan market goals for the next season.

One is the left-sided Emil Forsberg, a player who was seemingly on the verge of joining the Rossoneri in the summer. His price tag was apparently around €25m in the summer.

However, there is a new name on the wishlist: young French defender Dayot Upamecano, a player reportedly also being tracked by Liverpool and Besiktas.

It is believe the 19-year-old has a €100million buy-out clause in his contract.
