Reports: PSG considering move for €42m AC Milan defender

According to French news paper Le Parisien, defending Ligue 1 champions PSG are looking to strengthen their back line.

PSG President Al-Khelafi is ready to spend big on Milan captain Leonardo Bonucci, the report claims. With Gianluigi Buffon already heading to Paris, it is possible that the pair could reunite in the French capital.

Bonucci moved to Milan last summer for a transfer fee of €42million from Juve, and made 35 appearances and scored two goals in his Serie A season with Milan. Calciomercato claim that Milan are requesting a €35million fee for their captain.

With FFP sanctions banning the club from European competition, the Italian side will be looking to raise some funds in order to avoid thrusting the long term financial future of the club into jeopardy.
