SportItalia: Frosinone want to sign Locatelli on a dry loan

By Dan Davies -

According to SportItalia, Frosinone will meet with Milan in the next few days to discuss a loan deal for Manuel Locatelli without an option to buy (dry loan).

If players for the midfield arrive (especially with the recent news of Paredes being wanted by Milan and Badelj being a name which is constantly circulating) then Locatelli’s playing time will suffer as a result.

Locatelli is well-liked due to the fact he is a Primavera product, but for next season it seems that playing elsewhere for a season may be his best option.

Cagliari have also been following him for a long time, but newly promoted Frosinone are really in need of strengthening their squad and they see Locatelli being a key figure in their team next season.

Over the next couple of days Frosinone should meet the Rossoneri in an attempt to beat the competition. The advantage Frosinone have over the competition is that they’ll offer a loan without right to redemption, which will fit Milans agenda and will benefit them as they will keep control.
