Suso has been fundamental for Vincenzo Montella’s squad this season. The 23-year-old Spaniard has featured in every game so far this season, registering six goals and nine assists across all competitions.
As a result of these great performances, the Cadiz youth product is set to sign a new contract with the club until 2021. According to Tuttosport, the player will earn twice the salary he does now (€2 million).
Suso’s contract extension will become official after the closing of the club sale, thus making it one of the new ownership’s first acts in charge. The new ownership is therefore absolutely counting on Suso as a part of the new era.
