Transfer Recap: Deulofeu calls former AC Milan teammates; Gomez to force a move

SempreMilan.com’s columnist Vito Angele rounds up another day of Milan’s transfer window in his daily Transfer Recap.

Deulofeu calls, but Milan remain silent

Gerard Deulofeu doesn’t want to miss the World Cup in Russia this summer. To avoid this, the Spaniard has decided to take matters into his own hands, calling his former Milan teammates to in order to express his desire to re-join the Rossoneri.

However, from Milan, there are no replies. Mirabelli had presented a few ideas for Gennaro Gattuso regarding possible signings, but the former Primavera coach stated that he didn’t want any signings.  For now, therefore, no one will arrive, but watch out for surprises, especially in the last days.

Gustavo Gomez to force his way out

After the weekend, Milan and Boca Juniors are back to talk about Gustavo Gomez. Now the situation has changed, as the offer no longer is a loan with an obligation to buy, but instead a permanent transfer.

However, there is still a lot of distance between the two clubs, as Milan would be willing to go down to €8m, which is a sum that Boca aren’t ready to pay.

Signs of interest from abroad for Suso and Donnarumma

Liverpool and Tottenham continue to press for Suso. The Spaniard also likes Everton, as well as Atletico Madrid. From July, it will be an attractive target because of his release clause of only €40m.

Finally, the work of Mino Raiola continues to bring Donnarumma to PSG already in July. This will be possible especially if Milan does not qualify for the next Champions League
