Tuttosport: Napoli eye €20m AC Milan midfielder for January

By Isak Möller -

Franck Kessie could leave AC Milan in January. The Ivorian has failed to live up to the expectations set after the last campaign, during which he was an important part of the starting eleven.

Now, however, the midfielder isn’t even the first choice, or at least so it seems. As our correspondent Vito Angele revealed, Milan are willing to sell him in January, asking for at least €20m to avoid a capital loss.

According to today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews.it), Napoli are keeping tabs on the situation, as their sporting director has followed Kessie for a long time. Despite the player’s form, though, they aren’t the only ones interested.

The likes of Monaco and a couple of English clubs have also shown their interest, per the report. The upcoming five games will be crucial to understand the Ivorian’s future, as the January transfer window is then set to begin.
