Zlatan’s ‘surprise’ move could be Milan return after talks held

By Oliver Fisher -

The situation surrounding a possible return of Milan favourite Zlatan Ibrahimovic just got more interesting.

Mino Raiola, agent of the Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, admitted to Expressen that Ibra’s ‘decision’ is far from final.

“Ibra’s future is still uncertain, I don’t know why they keep on talking about United.

“You’ll see, finally you will all be surprised. We had a couple of offers from the EPL and from other European clubs. There is no hurry, we want to evaluate all the projects”.

Though Raiola and Ibra will keep us all waiting, as he confirmed there will be no announcements before Euro 2016.

“We won’t reveal anything before the European Championships”, the Italian-Dutch agent added, “There is no hurry. We want to do things well, we are interested in the project’s quality. For sure, he won’t retire”.

Rumours have circulated suggesting the 34-year-old may be willing to take a pay-cut to return to San Siro.

There was reportedly a meeting between Raiola and Adriano Galliani yesterday to discuss situation surrounding the striker, which included the proposition that the Swede would be willing to cut his wages to €6m per season.
