MN: 14,000 tickets sold for Milan vs Napoli in first three hours of sale

Whilst it is not something that was ever in doubt, the Champions League match at San Siro between AC Milan and Napoli will certainly be a sell-out.

As has been reported by Milan News on Tuesday, within the first three hours of the sale being made available to the season ticket holders, 14,000 tickets were sold.

That is a good sign that in later phases of the sale to other fans, all of the tickets will be snapped up extremely quickly for what is a massive occasion.

The match at San Siro is the first leg which means that everything will be to play for. Coming up against this Napoli side that has a 19-point lead at the top of Serie A is not ideal for Stefano Pioli, but there are no easy games in the Champions League quarter-finals.

The first leg is set to take place on April 12 with the second leg coming a week later.
