Jeremy Menez is “very happy” on his Milan return in the Coppa Italia, scoring a brace.
The Frenchman has played just 31 minutes of Serie A football so far this season, due to a lengthy back injury.
“I’m extremely happy. I missed being on the pitch with my teammates like this a lot,” Menez spoke to reporters after the match.
“President Silvio Berlusconi, Sinisa Mihajlovic and the staff, have always been close to be during this difficult time. I want to thank them.”
“We are all happy, we have not been in the Coppa final for a while. We have to win in the final, we are not going to the final to lose.”
