MN: Milan progressing in potential €13m deal for Brest star – player says yes to move

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan look to be making progress in their attempts to sign midfielder Romain Faivre from Brest, according to a report.

MilanNews have given an update on the situation and have confirmed that after yesterday afternoon’s meeting at Casa Milan between the Milan management and the player’s entourage, there have been a series of discussions between Romain Faivre’s agents, the boy and Brest.

The player immediately gave his approval to the idea of joining the Rossoneri, but now it will be necessary for Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara to work towards the requests of Brest, who want between €13m and €15m to sell the 23-year-old.

They are aware of his talent and his importance, given that he is firmly on the radar of the French senior national team after appearing at U21 level. Milan are not giving up, and contacts also planned today to try to further open the operation up.
