AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli has named a 23-man squad for tomorrow night’s Champions League quarter-final second leg against Napoli.
The Milan squad reached Milan Malpensa airport this afternoon and are ready to fly to Naples ahead of tomorrow night’s game, and the good news is that striker Olivier Giroud is part of the group as are the two centre-backs Malick Thiaw and Simon Kjaer amid fears over their fitness.
Here is the squad list that will be available to Pioli for tomorrow night’s match at the Maradona, as relayed by MilanNews.
Goalkeepers: Maignan, Mirante
Defenders: Kjaer, Tomori, Thiaw, Kalulu, Calabria, Florenzi, Theo Hernandez, Ballo-Touré, Gabbia
Midfielders: Tonali, Bennacer, Krunic, Pobega, Brahim Diaz, Saelemaekers, Messias, De Ketelaere
Forwards: Leao, Giroud, Origi, Rebic
The only absentees are those who are not part of the UEFA squad list, namely Zlatan Ibrahimovic (injured), Sergino Dest, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Aster Vranckx and Yacine Adli.
