After being linked with a move away from the San Siro for quite some time now, it all seems to come to an end as AC Milan reportedly have reached an agreement with West Ham.
Di Marzio reports Milan have accepted West Ham’s €30m offer for Carlos Bacca, whose agent now will meet with West Ham between Monday and Tuesday to close the deal.
Reports suggest Milan will use the money from Bacca’s sale to fund the signing of Pjaca.
