In the past few months, there has been a lot of talk about Tijjani Reijnders and his future. However, AC Milan have remained confident, and this evening, his renewal has been announced.
Over the past 18 months, there have been few players to perform as consistently as Reijnders, whether it be in a Milan shirt or another. The Dutchman has established himself as one of the best midfielders in Europe this season, and there is no sign of that slowing down.
Last season, the midfielder struggled due to a lack of a set position, however, this season, with his position solidified, the Rossoneri have seen him blossom into a star, more than he already was. Adding goals and more influence to his game, there are few players who have stood out like Tijji this season.
For this reason, there has been a lot of interest in the 26-year-old, however, Milan have remained confident in their position, given they have given the midfielder assurances about a new contract, and this evening a renewal until 2030 has arrived and been announced.

“AC Milan is pleased to announce that it has renewed the contract of Tijjani Reijnders until 30 June 2030.
“Tijjani has been at AC Milan since summer 2023, and with his dynamism and quality he is the beating heart of the Milan midfield.
“After 90 appearances and 16 goals to date, the Dutchman will continue to wear the Rossoneri jersey.”
Speaking earlier this afternoon, the midfielder stated that Milan is ‘like a second home’, and it will be for many more years now.

Good signing he has shown he wants to be at Milan. Now we need two top talents to play alongside him.
When Reijnders showed his attacking capability in front, they should stick with him and Pulisic on the right, and just find new centre back for Tomori.
But they bring flop Felix.

Not sure why he wants to stay amidst an absolute disaster of a sporting project but lets thank our lucky stars.

They probably guaranteed him that Conceicao will not be coaching next season. I think Pulisic will need a similar guarantee before he resigns. They both look absolutely miserable under this coach.

Be it 4231 or 433, build around them. They are focused, level headed team players with a lot of fighting spirit.

We need leaders and experienced players who won something on international level. Non of our players that I’ve mentioned won anything worthy. Pulisic and RLC were part of CL winning team with Chelseas but they were fringe player there. Walker is a leader who had hand in many trophies won.

Ricci Fofana and 2 strong centre backs must be always keeping defence safe.
Lazio last goal came after only 4 Milan players was playing defence. So this is combination for Milan: in toughest moment 4 who must come back are 2 midfielders and 2 central defender. If you have 4 powerful players any attack even in 6 against 4 doesn’t have more than 50% chance to score. When we defend we have big chance on counter.
You can forget about Ricci. He was not a realistic target before and he’s especially not now when we’re fighting for Conference League spots. Inter will get him and we’ll be stuck with some cheap rip off version from either French or Belgium league or Chelsea bench.

He is best midfielder last season & this season for ACM. Deserve pay rise to 4m euro nett / season. Now find coach that can use 433 or 352 and build around him. If 433 must buy LB that can do defense well like calafiori or other player similar type like Paolo Maldini that will make leao free from defense duty in left side, sell Theo to fund that . Use trio midfield Ricci, tiji, fofana, sell RLC & chukwu to buy Ricci. Pulisic & saladmaker should be enough to cover RW. Activate Walker buy option, we need leadership from experience player in backline. Gabbia – Tomori or Gabbia – Thiaw enough for CB pair. Buy cheap Tammy from Rome, he maybe far below haaland level quality but he give his best when playing for ACM also sad when team losing, he have good attitude & fighting spirit. Last let’s hope miracle that we can win coppa Italy so we can play in European league next season & Supercoppa in saudi arabia
