Rumours recently surfaced the AC Milan had an agreement in principle with Lazio star Keita Balde.
The winger, also a target of Manchester United, bagged a hat-trick against Palermo at the weekend, leading to increased speculation surrounding his future.
His agent, Roberto Calenda, responded to the rumours via Twitter.
“No agreement, no goodbye, no meetings. All are inventions after Keita’s hattrick, the only real thing.”
These words are to be expected from an agent, but it remains to be seen whether this is a ploy to command more from the chasing clubs.
