Agent of Monza goalkeeper reveals he ‘is a Milan fan’ but ‘dreams’ of Inter return

The agent of Monza goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio has revealed that his client grew up an AC Milan fan but is dreaming of a return to Inter.

Di Gregorio was born in Milano and joined the youth setup at Inter when he was young, and he remained there until the most recent summer window when he made the move to close-by Monza.

The 25-year-old never made a senior appearance for the Nerazzurri and instead was sent on a series of loan spells to Renate (2017-18), Novara (2018-19), Pordenone (2019-20, where he played with Pobega) and Monza for the last two seasons before it was made permanent.

The agent of Di Gregorio – Carlo Alberto Belloni – spoke about his client and how it will be a strange game for him tomorrow night as he takes on his boyhood club, as he was interviewed by calcioomercato.it.

“Saturday will be an exciting match, he is a Milan fan. Future? He dreams of Inter, he grew up there. He was a Nerazzurri member for 19 years and went through the whole process. For him, Inter is home,” he said (via MilanNews).
