Agent of PSG defender denies contact with Milan but admits openness to Serie A return

By Oliver Fisher -

The agent of Paris Saint-Germain defender Thiago Silva has denied having held contacts with Milan over a summer move.

The Brazilian defender has a contract expiring on 30 June with PSG, and while the player has repeatedly expressed his willingness to continue playing in the French capital in various interviews, a renewal does not seem imminent.

He has also been linked with a move to Milan despite the various speculation that the Rossoneri are set to embark on a full-fledged youth revolution this summer.

We recently revealed via Vito Angele that Milan are considering the idea of reuniting Thiago Silva with Zlatan Ibrahimovic for next season, eight years after they departed Milano for the French capital.

Thiago Silva’s agent, Paulo Tonietto has spoken to Calciomercato.it about the future of his client.

“I can assure you that I have not had any contact with Milan,” he said.

“But, at the same time, if he were to leave PSG, Serie A could be an opportunity for the future.”
