Plus if they decide to offset all their obligations today, all they need to do is set aside one and a half season transfer fund to clear up all obligations.

No, I have some exec experience and have had to work with finance folks (M&A and cost cutting). It was not easy to learn how to make decisions in their world as I am more operations focused. It was immensely valuable tho. So the response was my own.
