Massimiliano Allegri is one of the names being considered for two very different managerial vacancies, a report claims.
According to TMW, Allegri has already had some contact with the Italian Football Federation and the potential directors of the new era. He hasn’t said yes or no, because he would like more guarantees about his influence.

Thus, in addition to his role as the head coach, he would also have the opportunity to make an impact at a lower level. This would completely change the Federation’s approach to talent development.
Milan on alert
He also has two years left on his contract with Milan, with an option until 2029 too, and can therefore calmly and leisurely evaluate his options. The idea of becoming Italy boss and leading a resurgence would appeal to many coaches, especially with sufficient guarantees on powers.
Then there’s the Real Madrid job, but Florentino Perez hasn’t made up his mind yet on who he wants to be the next head coach. The Athletic spoke of Jose Mourinho being the number one candidate, but his esteem for Allegri is well documented.
Speaking of Mourinho, he seemed to give his vote to Max for the Italy job in an interview with Mediaset earlier today: “I think the name of Mr. Malagò [the leading candidate to be FIGC president] is a strong one, and I’d really like him.
“He has many years of experience, he can change because he certainly understands the need for a grassroots structure. Italy is very strong in many Olympic sports, I’d go with M&M: Malagò and Max.”

Give us Maresca or Xabi
Jose suggesting Allegri for Italy when that’s the main competition for Madrid is pretty funny
Honestly think Max would get run out of Madrid pretty quickly. Those people want to be entertained.
So do Milanisti. But finishing top 3 and being boring at Milan isn’t the end of the world. At Madrid you’re burnt toast.
Yes, Max would get run out of RM by the players.
Only Simone Inzaghi can make this team better. Any other manager and this team will only get worse.
I disagree. Inzaghi only makes sense in a 352 with GOOD players which we don’t have. This isn’t a good formation in Europe.
I would love to give Sarri a shot.
Please let him go immediately and I will give him extra cash if he leaves. When was the last time Milan scored 4 goals in a season? All the smaller clubs are not scared of Milan again and how do you play without a striker?
Did anyone see the the speciality of Milan this season compared to seasons past? No all because Allegri moved Leao to a central striker but why????
Please Allegri go to Madrid maybe he can move Mbappe to play as a goalkeeper
Last season. We had many games last season where we scored 2, 3 goals. and you know what. We lost. we ended in 8th. Allegri is hard to watch, but for his first season, we are we are supposed to be
Allegri done a good job so far, Igle Allegri combination doesn’t seem to work so far? Allegri is a good coach but he doesn’t strike me as the type of coach to build a team. Which is why he needs Tare help but Tare transfer isn’t the best, since the midfield rely on old player and the striker choice isn’t the best.
I know Allegri can be boring, but I won’t attribute our current state of bore to him. The truth is we were not playing exciting football before him.
I remember when Fonseca came, his training method was to create exciting football and it backfired.
The team lack creativity in moving the ball generally. 90% of the time they want to make a safe pass.
To back Allegri a bit I would say that he saw the situation of the team and thought to himself that the best shot the team had was defensive team play at the cost of entertainment.
That is why I would still stick with him for next season and see what evolution can be done during the summer.
Allegri will always be Allegri. This will be as good as it gets. It is what it is. Sorry.
This. People who think “this is only his 1st season here and things will get better” are fng-out-of-their-minds-delirious! It’s the same Allegri he has always been and some things never change. Allegri is one of them.
