There was talk of Massimiliano Allegri’s departure from AC Milan potentially reaching the courts, but it seems a resolution will be found.
Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com was the one to mention that things had got very heated between Allegri and Gerry Cardinale. The Milan owner accused the coach of having an agreement with Napoli before the season ends, therefore refusing to pay a full severance amount.

Termination day
As confirmed by Sky (via MilanNews), Allegri’s contract with Milan is expected to be terminated on Wednesday. The born coach was dismissed by the Rossoneri last Monday and in the following days reached an agreement with Aurelio De Laurentiis to take over from Antonio Conte.
Sky add that there should also be a meeting tomorrow between Allegri and sporting director Giovanni Manna to plan for the window. Given the chaotic situation at Milan, it is possible that Adrien Rabiot will also be discussed.
La Gazzetta dello Sport add that Allegri’s representatives will meet Milan’s interim CEO Massimo Calvelli today. Max still has one year left on his contract with the Rossoneri and, after his dismissal, wanted a significant severance package from the club.
Milan, for their part, have said it’s open to covering the difference between what Allegri would have earned with the Rossoneri and what De Laurentiis has guaranteed him to lead Napoli starting next season, which is around €1m.
Both parties’ law firms have begun work on a new contract that will tie Allegri to Napoli for the next two seasons, with an option for a third year in favour of the club. The ex-Juventus boss will earn €4.5m a year plus bonuses, with a special bonus if they win the Scudetto.

So sad for Hojlund or Bruyne with Tominay, they were actually quite good to watch
KDB had already voiced his displeasure with Conte, now he has Allegri. LOL
We had good future with Allegri
He already made Ac Milan players to give best in defense.
With arrival of Goretzka keeping Modric and 2 to 3 quality singing it would be much better team.
With new “revolution ” next season we are going to see how average serie a clubs score 2 ton3 against Milan per game.
Had. I was quite fond of him until the decline began and he was unable to adapt.
If you’re struggling to get back for half a year with that team but instead get worse every week, you’re surely not a very good coach.
Did you even watch the games? You could make that case for the beginning of the season but the second half was in no way a masterclass in defense
Did you not see that under allegri, milan played their worst football in the last 10 years? The first half of the season went well because a few lucky balls went our way and strikers were somewhat performing. But we were always getting out played even to the bottom teams. When luck wasn’t on our side it was complete chaos. I dont like the situation were in but knowing allegri wont be the manager next season gives me hope that I can watch milan again. The most boring football I’ve ever seen last year, now j know what my juve friends were talking about.
That’s one way to weaken a rival 😂😂😂
(Now watch karma hit me with them winning the chip next year lol)
“The ex-Juventus boss will earn €4.5m a year plus bonuses, with a special bonus if they win the Scudetto.”
LOL. They’re going to finish outside TOP4 though. 😀 😀 😀
