This morning, Massimiliano Allegri, Igli Tare and Giorgio Furlani met at Milanello to discuss the ongoing situations at AC Milan and what the future holds.
There have been plenty of suggestions about the future in recent times. Indeed, Milan are a club with few certainties heading into the 2026/27 season. However, the management are looking to get ahead already.
Meetings are already taking place to establish targets and a transfer strategy before the start of the mercato, whilst conversations are also taking place about Allegri and what the future holds for him. However, it is worth noting that things look positive in that regard.
A meeting at Milanello
It could be another summer of change, with a few stars potentially available on the mercato. So, the strategy for the next few months must be prepared already, ensuring that the club are ready for whatever follows.
Speaking on Sky Sport this morning, Peppe Di Stefano reports that a meeting took place between Allegri, Tare and Furlani, as MilanNews relays.
“I’ll tell you a little news, this morning a further meeting took place here at Milan’s home between Massimiliano Allegri and the management, in particular with Giorgio Furlani and Igli Tare.
“It should not be read as an extraordinary meeting but a meeting of ordinary administration, looking to the future, we talk about the field, about the next game, we also talked about the market, about future prospects for Milan.
“We remind you, Allegri has a contract for two more years with the Rossoneri and in the case of Champions League the automatic renewal would be triggered. He wants to stay at Milan, stay in a winning project and to be a winner Milan will have to invest in the market not only with promising players but also with players like Modric and Rabiot.
“I reiterate that there was an interlocutory meeting between the Rossoneri management and Massimiliano Allegri in the programming for next season.”
