Some updates have arrived regarding the fates of Christian Pulisic and Rafael Leao, two of the most talked-about members of the AC Milan squad.
Milan’s attacking department are not experiencing their best moment, with the team having scored just once in their last five Serie A games, and that goal came from a midfielder (Adrien Rabiot). There is talk of a revolution up front as a result, spearheaded by the arrival of a new striker.

Pulisic and Leao: The latest
Claudio Raimondi spoke on SportMediaset (via MilanNews) about the attack. He began by confirming that Christopher Nkunku is on his way out: his agent recently met with the directors, who told the agent to find a new club for the Frenchman. They want €40m, but €30m is more realistic.
Santiago Gimenez could also leave at the end of this season and the Rossoneri are aiming to earn at least €20m from his sale after a difficult year. Niclas Fullkrug will not be bought permanently and will therefore return to West Ham.
As for Christian Pulisic, Massimiliano Allegri would like to keep him, but his contract expiring in 2027 complicates matters a bi. Without a renewal in the next year, Milan could lose the American for free. Negotiations for his extension are currently on hold.
Rafael Leao is also on the market. His €175m release clause won’t be triggered but €60m could be enough. Al-Hilal are keen, and although Milan wouldn’t want to sell him to a rival, Raimondi says to keep an eye on Napoli and Roma if Giovanni Manna were to join either as the new sporting director.

These next three games starting with Atalanta will tell whether Leão or Pulisic stays. Whoever starts, especially for the first game, will stay and the other leaves. Why do you not start the player you want to keep?
Did Milan officially sell Jimenez?
Looks like he is in a world of trouble.
Yes, he was sold.
Yes, Allegri wants to keep Pulisic or Leao, it depends which week it is so the news can change the name. One week it is Leao, the next one it is Pulisic. Just means they are making up these stories.
And of course another story is that Allegri and Tare are leaving at the end of season, so who cares what would they want? 😀
Journalism today is like you ask “AI”, most of the things written are a hallucination.
I guarantee that Leao would play out of his skin if he were sold to another club in Serie A. If he must go, Middle East or Premiership only, please!
Neither Pulisic nor Leao are playing in their preferred positions in Allegri’s 3-5-2. Leao is a left winger; Pulisic is a right winger but can also play a CAM / #10 in a pinch.
Leao is more likely to leave Milan. He’s a head case (although not a cancer like Theo was) and plays scant attention to defense. Leao will command much more of a transfer fee than Pulisic as he’s likely to go to a big club.
I would love to see Pulisic up front with a healthy Lukaku – but the latter has been injury-prone and there’s been scant coverage of him by the press.
Why not sell to a rival club? All of the players in the dressing room know him well, trained with him countless times and i bet he couldnt do anything against us like he cant do anything with as for the past year and a half. So i say sell him to Napoli, Roma or Juve. Or even better- Leao-Soule swap.
A competent management would come out and quell all rumors to restore calm in this situation. Not our management. Quiet, cold and detached. The RedBird way.
So you want them to come out and lie?
Also, in todays age there is a new rumor every day. So then they will have to come out and quell every rumor
That’s a fair point but it used to be that Galliani claiming a player was safe was basically the kiss of death so idk lol. But I agree I’d prefer more communication than none at all. They really suck at their jobs.
If the team does not finish top 4, both will probably leave. Why did they sign Nkunku? I mean, he’s a nice player, but he literally added a third player to the attackers out of position club. I don’t understand why they never really tried 3-4-3 this year. Both Leao and Pulisic play better with a 9 than without. I think we’re messing up if we’re getting rid of Santi. He’s young, skilled, and did a lot of things right (except score goals) in the Allegri system the first half of the season.
I do think it makes sense to get rid of one of Puli or Leao if we’re sticking with Allegri. They don’t fit together without a 9 and I don’t think you can really afford to have them just sub for each other.
We probably should have sold Leao a year or two ago, when he was more coveted by others. For 60m, I’d probably just keep him. He’s never fit in a system where he was asked to play defense and he needs to play with a 9. So you need a 9 who plays defense (Santi) or you need a team/league where you can have two guys walking back and it doesn’t matter.
The other thing that makes this coming offseason goofy is the world cup. Puli isn’t talking about anything contract or transfer related until after about July 15 and a bunch of players will be like that. So it’s going to be a very late breaking transfer window for anybody who’s in a cup side.
if Leao & Puli who of course is easier to sell is gone, then next season Milan will relies in nkunku & gimenez?
how many goals involve L&P compare to n&g combine?
get the priority right please..
Sell them both.Leao have his maximim before 2 years and we should sell him that. Pulisic was good last year and we should sell him now.
Better take now 120m or next year 60m because they both will drop a lot if stay here.
Sell Gimenez,Nkunku,Jasari and Estupinan for any money you can. Back Musah and okafor and chukwuze and jimenez probably will stay at england
Premier League club may be willing to spend 60 m, but Roma and Napoli? They wouldn’t spend that sum for leao, 40 m may he but not 60 m.
” Without a renewal in the next year, Milan could lose the American for free. Negotiations for his extension are currently on hold.”
Oh come on! That’s just lazy journalism. Everyone knows Milan has the option to extend the contract by one year without needing a word from Pulisic. You REALLY think they’d rather let him leave for free than use the option to extend first? 🤦♂️
In what fantasy world is Roma spending 60 mil on a single player?
