‘Will be out against Lecce’ – Allegri offers training injury update on Jashari

This morning, Ardon Jashari was injured in a training accident with another teammate. So, he will miss Lecce vs. AC Milan.

Ahead of the game against Lecce tomorrow night, Massimiliano Allegri sat down with the press to discuss the mercato and, more importantly, tomorrow’s game. It was already known that Rafael Leao would miss the clash, but some other injury news was provided.

Jashari update

Allegri, when questioned about Jashari’s role moving forward in the press conference this afternoon, stated that the midfielder would not be seen on the pitch tomorrow due to an injury.

How do you see Jashari and in what position?

“This morning, he got hurt in a collision with Gimenez and will be out against Lecce. He’s a player who can play in front of the defence or in a two-man midfield.”

Hopefully, it is just a knock and more of a precautionary measure. However, for the Rossoneri to chase a midfielder all summer, just for him to get injured in training the morning before his first Serie A start, is typical.

More information should be provided in the next few days, you’d imagine. Though it means a proposed formation change could be withheld now.

    1. Not just an ordinary circus with clowns, horses and elephants but a sideshow one like the one from the notorious 1932 movie Freaks.

Gooble-gobble, gooble-gobble!, one of us, one of us 😛

  1. good. i mean not good because jashari should be a better plaeyer than ricci , but ricci will finally probably get the start. giminez probably gonna be sold after hurting jashari 😂😂
but i think if we can feed him headers and pens . giminez is way better than flopvyk . we dontneed tall and ball controlling players allegri

  2. Apparently it a broken or fractured fibula. That useless Mexican just made a biggest contribution to his Milan stint. In the terms of money invested in this pathetic forward he’s on par with Royal. Except Emerson didn’t debilitate anyone but himself.

It was so obvious that he was limited when he was playing for Feynoord that only a truly incompetent scout would recommend him for bigger stage.

    1. That is definitely not entirely correct. In the spring right after Luka Jovic came back from an injury Royal made a two footed tackle upon him at training and hit him with full power and afterwards just wandered off without even apologizing to the Serb like nothing had happened. Royal should have been pummeled for that action.
