Massimo Ambrosini has urged Italy to promote development of its young players more as a nation, including Francesco Camarda.

In truth, the seeds of the crisis have been sewn for over a decade as we wrote about at length. However, talking about change is one thing and actually putting it into action is another, though Milan will hope that one of the ideas iisn’t try to hire Massimiliano Allegri as the new head coach.
‘Our players are afraid’
Massimo Ambrosini spoke on the official Instagram page of Cronache di Spogliatoio and he revealed his frustrations as a former Milan and Italy player. MilanPress relayed what he had to say about the state of calcio.
“I’m as sad as I was in Istanbul, and that gives you an idea of my state of mind. I’m sick of having to rehash these conversations and reanalyse everything in depth, all over again,” he said.
“It’s a generation with few talents, and the few we have don’t have the carefree attitude, the recklessness, or the courage of young players from other countries. The courage I’m talking about is precisely emotional.
“We need to take young players and, even through technical choices, push them to play. Not like they did with Camarda, who went to Lecce and didn’t play. Otherwise, the inevitable result is that our players are afraid, while you see the Bosnian players trying rabonas and playing freely.”
yeah sending camarda to lecce makes no sense. all our strikers suck. camarda would have bagged atleast a few goals coming off the bench for us. instead he spent the year training with lecce bums and learning how to park the bus
