It has already been reported that Ruben Amorim will not be in his new AC Milan office for a while, but that doesn’t mean work will not happen.
Although Milan are expected to sign a deal with Amorim today, it appears that he will not be heading to Italy for a while yet. After all, no one else would be there to really welcome him to the club, so it would not make sense.

Gerry Cardinale and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are in America and there is no Technical Director or Head of Football in place. So, being at Milanello or Casa Milan currently is not valuable.
That doesn’t mean that work cannot be done, though.
Amorim to begin video introductions
As MilanNews confirms, it will be a little longer wait for Amorim until he can move into his new office. However, that does not mean that he will not be doing nothing until then. Indeed, plans are already in place for his next steps.
As is reported, he will host video calls with every member of the squad to greet them, understand them and explain his plans for the club to them. That is the case for everyone and Rafael Leao would be included in that.

Amorim goes for strong midfielder for double-pivot and someone said very sensible thing: Frendrup from Genoa. good with ball and a classic big Nordic dude. for LB, Zalewski would be perfect fit. Those 2 would cost us the loan buy-outs.
for CB, he will most likely try his old team, but Gila and Lucumi are both great options. maybe even de Light from Man Untd. while one of the attackers could be easily Brahim Diaz.
other attacker and ST is beyond me with our budget.
