AC Milan are now in a four-team race to land Red Bull Salzburg star Dominik Szoboszlai as Real Madrid have reportedly entered the running.
Yesterday’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) reported that Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara have already cast their minds towards next summer and are thinking of two possible options to reinforce the attacking department too, with one being Szoboszlai and the other being Marcus Thuram.
Friday’s edition of Spanish newspaper AS though brings the news that Real Madrid are now also in the running for the 20-year-old, who has a €25m release clause.
They go on to add that the other suitors are Leipzig, Arsenal and Milan, with all of those clubs having taken note of his exploits both for Salzburg but also for his country, having scored the winning goal on Thursday night to send Hungary to the 2021 European Championships.
