Callum Hudson-Odoi has decided to leave Chelsea this summer, a report claims, and AC Milan are among the clubs that are interested.
According to The Athletic‘s Simon Johnson – who we spoke to at length about Ruben Loftus-Cheek recently – Hudson-Odoi has reported for the first day of preseason with the rest of the Chelsea squad but doesn’t anticipate being there long.
The Blues are ‘prepared to listen to offers’ for the 22-year-old, while the player for his part believes that he is at the stage in his career when he should be playing regular first team football.
Nottingham Forest, Crystal Palace, Fulham and Milan are all keen on signing Hudson-Odoi as per the report, who has been at Chelsea since he joined the U8s team as a young boy.
There is no transfer fee set yet, but Hudson-Odoi – who plays mostly on the left wing and didn’t score a goal on loan at Leverkusen last season – wants his future resolved soon so he can have as long a preseason as possible at his new club.
