Austria Vienna vs. AC Milan: 20 players called-up

At the end of  today’s training session at Milanello, Vincenzo Montella announced his list of 20 players called up for the Europa League opener against Austria Vienna. The match will kick off tomorrow at the Enrst Happel Stadion in Vienna at 19:00 CET.

Goalkeepers: A. Donnarumma, G. Donnarumma, Storari

Defenders: Abate, Antonelli, Bonucci, Calabria, Musacchio, Romagnoli, Zapata

Midfielders: Biglia, Bonaventura, Calhanoglu, Kessie, Locatelli, Montolivo

Attackers: Cutrone, Kalinic, André Silva, Suso.

Andrea Conti is out of the squad due to his ankle injury that he suffered during the international break. Meanwhile, Fabio Borini and Ricardo Rodriguez have been excluded as a technical choice and a part of squad rotation.

Tomorrow, Milan will kick off their Europa League campaign and it will be the Rossoneri‘s first group stage match in European competitions since the 2013/14 season, when Massimiliano Allegri still led the team.

To reach the group stage phase, Milan had to eliminate CSU Craiova in the third round qualifiers and KF Shkëndija in the playoff round. All four games ended in comfortable wins for Vincenzo Montella’s team.
