Having bought Biglia for €20m this summer, it’s safe to say that a majority of Milan fans are disappointing with that signing. Therefore, it’s no surprise that Milan are in the market for another midfielder, with Badelj reportedly being a target.
In fact, La Nazione reports that Fiorentina’s board of directors will have a meeting tomorrow, where they’ll discuss Milan Badelj, among other things. The Croatian midfielder’s contract expires in the summer and Fiorentina will most likely offer an extension, in order to keep him for a few more seasons.
However, should the answer to the extension offer be negative, then it’s a big possibility that Fiorentina will sell him already in January, so he doesn’t leave for free in the summer. Roma, Lazio and Milan are interested in the midfielder.
