AC Milan forward Rafael Leao is reportedly on Barcelona’s list of potential alternatives to Erling Haaland ahead of the summer, a report claims.
According to Marca, Barcelona have estimated the Haaland operation at €250m when including the transfer free, the player’s salary and commissions. His release clause is €75m, but the real market price of the player is €150m, while Mino Raiola is looking for €60m in commissions and then there is a huge salary to pay.
There are three options that are being considered as alternatives and Rafael Leao ‘is Laporta’s favourite’ and has a value of €50m as per the source, but Milan are currently not willing to sell and are about to renew his contract.
Darwin Núñez is a player that Barcelona has been following for a long time but Benfica want to capitalise on the widespread interest by charging anything from €75m to €100m. A cheaper option is Gabriel Jesus who could leave Manchester City for €30m if they sign Haaland.
