Tottenham Hotspur are waiting for AC Milan to drastically increase their latest offer for Emerson Royal before any movement is seen with the Brazilian defender.
As reported by the BBC in the United Kingdom (via Pianeta Milan), the Premier League side are sticking firmly to their valuation of the former Barcelona defender and the deal is currently at a standstill.
As far as Tottenham are concerned, they should be receiving €20-25m for Emerson, who Milan think can provide good competition for Davide Calabria‘s spot in the team whilst also bringing more depth.
So far, Milan have not offered any more than around €12m for Emerson and that means they need to almost double the offer before Tottenham start to cooperate.
It is a very big distance at this stage and it seems unlikely that Milan will immediately make the jump to the figure that Tottenham want, so the deal seems a long way away from being done.
It is thought that Milan are still more focused on signing a striker and a centre-back before they start getting too stressed about a backup right-back, but it was clear last season that more depth was needed in that area of the squad.
Im sure Brighton will he more than happy to pay 25M for that SOB

-For the ST position, seem to lost all of our targets. But what about Sorloth of Villareal?

This is good and bad good because his terrible bad because this shows our terrible dedication to sign players even with the big budget we have not including the sale of bennacar 50m+ possibly thiaw 30-40m
This is why we never get plan A because we always keep trying to go lower and lower and then end up losing the player to a team that will actually pay the right price
How exactly is Emerson value 25? Tottenham bought him for that price and since than his form has only dropped. Or does anyone who plays in the premier league price increase.

Pretty comical that management picks Emerson as our main RB target only to make a low ball offer and waste more time LOL. For me I hope we DON’T get Emerson at all – it’s a hard pass for me – BUT IF THIS is the player management believes in and has been after for months and months you would think we would make a decent offer – but Nah!!! Not sure why we want him when we have Jimenez and Kalulu who can play there! I suspect its a direct request by Fonseca. Not sure what he sees in him because clearly he cant defend and Spurs are out of their mind to think they can ever break even for a player who has flopped for them.
